Refund & Returns Policy
1. Reporting problems
If you discover a problem with the account you purchased (missing items, raided base, incorrect information), you have 24 hours after purchase to report it. Create a ticket on Discord and provide screenshots as evidence. Compensation: after verification, compensation may be provided as discount codes or replacements determined case-by-case.
2. Account suspension after purchase
If the account is suspended within 3 days of purchase, you are entitled to a replacement account after immediate notification and proof (screenshot). We reserve the right to verify the cause. Cash refunds are not provided unless we cannot supply a suitable replacement.
3. Exclusion of compensation and refunds
No entitlement to compensation or refunds if:
- The problem was reported more than 24 hours after purchase.
- Access data was misused by third parties after delivery; keep credentials safe.
